Please provide 48 hours' notice of a suitable collection date

We are not able to collect at the weekend or on bank holidays. We can collect from a different address if that is more convenient.

We will accept the return as long as the product is in re-sellable condition and is in its original packaging, packed securely, with its original nylon transport straps intact and securing the box suitable for transport. You must ensure that any loose items are wrapped securely and prevented from causing damage to other parts of the appliance in transit.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns that are not in original packaging or complete and strapped.

We cannot accept return of items that have been fitted.

Transport damage can look like manufacturing faults especially with glass hoods and similar products where panels can appear distorted, misalignment or smashed due to impact.

For gas hobs, check FFDs and spark ignitors for visible transport damage.

Please advise us of transit damaged goods within 72 hours from delivery as our insurers will not permit a claim beyond this period.

Damages or visual faults must be notified via email quoting your name and order date and attaching a photograph of the fault.

Before you return your item, we will issue a RMA number which needs to be written on the box in 2” black letters to allow us to process it through our warehouse.

In accordance with our T&Cs, there is a charge for returns. The cost of collection is £25 for a hob and £68 for a hood (freight shipping cost) and £3.80 for accessories.

The purchaser is liable for the product quality and ensuring all contents are included. We reserve the right to make any deductions for any additional items not returned or product damages not previously identified to us by inadequate re-packing.

Buyers can arrange their own returns if preferred.

We will refund your payment through whichever payment method was used in the purchase.

The cost of collection is borne by the purchaser and the refund less this cost will be made once the product has been safely received into our warehouse.
